2. Booking and Payment

- Payment terms and pricing will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges, depending on circumstances and timing.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations, including the wearing of seatbelts.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle.
5. Liability
- Silk Ride is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, accidents, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- Silk Ride's liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
- Silk Ride does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Availability
Silk Ride reserves the right to substitute vehicles in case of unforeseen circumstances or operational needs, ensuring equivalent or higher service standards.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
